Hold sessions at the Centre on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Members are offered the support, commitment and accountability that helps boost their self-esteem during the slimming process. They are offered advice on how to build healthy lifestyle habits.

Rugeley District Stroke Club – Registered Charity 519051
The Davy Suite – Tuesdays 10:30am until 1:30pm
Provides support and information to those affected by stroke. Participants are encouraged to exercise and take part in crafting activities to develop fine motor skills. From time to time there are quizzes, entertainment, and speakers bought in to discuss a range of topics.
A few times a year there are outings to places of interest.

The MASE Group meets every 3rd Friday of the month 7:00pm until 9:00pm
Free of charge.
The MASE Groups offer Carers friendship and helps them to build up networks of support to help them on their journey with dementia. The group is run totally by dedicated volunteers.
Each evening has homemade cakes, refreshments and entertainment.
A warm welcome will await carers and their cared-for.
New Leaf Day Care Services
New Leaf Day Care Services is a family run day opportunities service in Rugeley, Staffordshire for adults aged 16+ with learning disabilities.
We provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can build confidence, develop life skills, make friends and take part in meaningful community activities.
Our structured day programme includes activities such as arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, life-skills development, community outings, and health and wellbeing activities, all tailored to individual interests and goals.
The service is based at The Pavilion in Rugeley, offering:
